Refund Policy

Last updated: 11 August 2026

This policy applies to purchases made directly from The Beauty Guides. Our products are primarily digital, so they cannot be physically returned once access or a download has been supplied.

Digital products and change of mind

We do not generally provide refunds for change of mind after a digital guide, download, portal or other digital product has been supplied or accessed.

This includes situations where you later decide not to proceed with treatment or travel, your preferred surgeon or clinic is unavailable, prices or travel arrangements change, or a medical practitioner advises that a procedure is not suitable for you.

When we will help

Please contact us if:

· you were charged more than once for the same purchase;

· you have not received the digital product or cannot access it and we are unable to fix the issue within a reasonable time;

· the product supplied is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase; or

· you believe you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a major failure occurs, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy. For a minor issue, we may first offer to fix the problem, replace access or provide another appropriate remedy.

How to request a refund or remedy

Contact us through TheBeautyGuides.com and include your name, order details and a short explanation of the issue. We may request reasonable information to verify the purchase and assess the request.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where reasonably possible.
