Digital Product Terms

Last updated: 11 August 2026

These additional terms apply to paid guides, modules, downloadable resources, checklists, templates, portal content and other digital material supplied by The Beauty Guides.

1. Personal-use licence

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the digital material for your own planning and education. You do not acquire ownership of the content.

You must not share login details, forward files, reproduce substantial parts of a guide, upload it to another platform, resell it, use it to create a competing product or distribute it to a group without written permission.

2. What your purchase includes

Your purchase includes only the digital content, access or support specifically described on the product page at the time you buy.

Unless expressly included in the product description, your purchase does not include a personal medical consultation, procedure recommendation, surgeon or clinic selection, booking service, quote negotiation, medical coordination, travel booking, emergency assistance or ongoing concierge support.

3. The Beauty Guides approach

Our guides are designed to help you understand the process, prepare better questions, identify practical issues to investigate and learn from real first-hand experience. They are not designed to tell you which procedure, surgeon, clinic or hospital you should choose.

4. Medical decisions remain yours

Digital content is not medical advice and cannot assess your individual medical history, suitability for surgery, risks, complications, medications, recovery needs or expected results. Only an appropriately qualified medical practitioner who has assessed you can provide individual medical advice.

5. Information changes

Digital guides reflect information available when they are prepared or updated. Provider details, medical techniques, prices, exchange rates, travel conditions, laws, visas, insurance requirements and local practices may change. We may update content but are not required to keep every historical purchase continuously updated.

6. Access and technology

You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, internet connection and secure account credentials. If a genuine technical problem prevents access, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to restore access or provide an alternative delivery method.

7. Third-party names and experiences

Where a guide refers to a surgeon, clinic, hospital, hotel, transport provider, product or other third party, the reference may describe a personal experience or provide factual context. It does not mean that the third party is suitable for you, currently available, endorsed by us or responsible for our content.

8. Refunds and consumer rights

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
